Rammbock is a native, unofficial Android client for the SoftEther VPN protocol. It runs the upstream SoftEther engine through Android’s built‑in VPN service, so you can connect to any SoftEther VPN Server from your phone.
This folder is the user documentation. Each page covers one feature and is written to be read on its own — start with Getting started, then dip into the others as you need them.

Privacy & safety
- Kill switch & LAN protection — stop traffic leaking when the tunnel drops, and control access to your local network (TunnelCrack “LocalNet” protection).
- Split tunneling & routing — choose which traffic goes through the VPN and which uses your normal connection, with IP/network lists.
Reliability & hard networks
- Connection resilience — parallel links, automatic reconnect, and live connection‑quality monitoring.
- Dual connection — keep a warm reserve session on a second port and swap to it instantly if the active one is interrupted by firewall.
- VPN over DNS — a last‑resort transport that tunnels the whole session inside DNS (UDP/53) to get through DNS‑only networks.
A note on defaults
Rammbock ships with safe defaults: full tunnel, kill switch on, and TunnelCrack protection on. Most people never need to touch the advanced options. The Danger zone at the bottom of the profile editor groups the settings that can weaken your privacy — leave those alone unless you understand the trade‑off, which each page here explains.
