What to include

• Licence or order questions — the order number and the account email.
• Bug reports — your Android version, the Rammbock version, and what you did just before it went wrong.
• Privacy requests — write from the address on the account so we know it is you.

How fast

We aim to reply within a few working days. Anything involving payment or a key that will not work goes to the front of the queue.
