Terms of use

1. Definitions

“We” is R&BR Dev, operating rnbr-dev.com. “You” is the person using the site or the software. “Software” is any program we publish, including Rammbock and Rammbock Free. A “licence key” is the code that unlocks a paid version.

2. Accounts

• Give a working email address — it is how we deliver keys and reset passwords.
• Your password is yours to protect. Tell us promptly if an account is compromised.
• Accounts are for one person. Do not share credentials.
• We may suspend an account that is attacking the service, defrauding us, or breaking section 6. Where we can, we will say why first.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@rnbr-dev.com.

3. Licences

A paid licence grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership: the Software stays ours.

We do not tie keys to your device. No hardware identifier is collected, which means a key is portable across your own devices. In exchange, keys are rate-limited: a key checked more than 20 times in one day is temporarily suspended, since that pattern indicates a key that has been published or shared. The software re-checks about once a week and works offline in between. Do not resell, publish or share your key.

4. Delivery

Licence keys are digital and delivered as soon as payment confirms — shown in your account and emailed to you. There is nothing to ship. If a payment confirms and no key appears, email us and we will fix it.

5. Prices, payment and refunds

• Prices are shown on the pricing page in euro (EUR).
• Payment is handled by an external processor; their terms cover the payment itself.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees your own jurisdiction imposes on the purchase.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Software or this site to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• commit fraud, run scams, or deceive people for gain;
• violate human rights, or develop or produce weapons;
• attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, or anyone else's;
• circumvent licence checks, or redistribute, resell or sublicense the Software or a key without our permission.

You are responsible for using our networking software lawfully where you are. Laws about VPN use differ by country; check yours.

7. Rammbock Free

The free version is provided at no cost and with a reduced feature set. We may change or discontinue it, and we make no availability promises for it.

8. Warranties

We work hard on this software, but it is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits a particular purpose of yours. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the Software or this site. Where we are liable, that liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. For changes that meaningfully affect existing customers we will email account holders. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept it.
