Refund policy
Last updated 22 July 2026
A licence key is worth nothing to you if the software does not suit you. If you have not used the key, you can have your money back.
The rule
14 days, if the key was never activated. Ask within 14 days of purchase and, provided the key has never been used to unlock the software, we refund it in full.
We can check this precisely: every key carries a count of how many times it has been validated. A key that has never been activated has a count of zero, and that is the only thing we look at — no questionnaire, no justification needed.
How to ask
Email support@rnbr-dev.com from the address on the account, with your order number. We aim to answer within a few working days. If we approve it, the key is cancelled at the same time the refund is sent.
What is not refundable
- Keys that have been activated. Once the software has been unlocked, the thing you bought has been delivered and used.
- Requests after 14 days, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- Rammbock Free. It costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund — try it before buying, that is what it is for.
- Keys that have been payed via payment system that not support refunds.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back through the payment method used, for the amount originally charged in euro.
If something is broken
This policy is about changing your mind. If the software is faulty or a key does not work, that is not a refund question — write to us and we will fix it or replace the key, regardless of how long ago you bought it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything on this page.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment. Nearly everything is a misunderstanding we can sort out in one email, and a dispute costs us both more time than it saves.
